In PC-ACE, all payers under our jurisdiction (listed above) are already uniquely defined by their payer ID and LOB. No additional payer information needs to be entered except for Medigap insurances and primary insurances when Medicare is the secondary payer.

To access PC-ACE, select the PCACE icon and enter the default user ID SYSADMIN and the password SYSADMIN. We recommend downloading additional material to assist you with PC-ACE. After the software successfully downloads, revisit the EDI Solutions webpage for available documentation.
Bill the primary insurance and receive an explanation of benefits before you can electronically bill Medicare as the secondary payer. The primary payer must be in PC-ACE Pro32 in the Payer Information database. The Payer Information Screen is located under the Reference File Maintenance menu.
