I hold two keys down for 40 seconds and it reproduces the F2E1 stuck key error. I believe there is a breakdown of the thin dielectric layer between the charged grids inside the capacitive touch screen.
So it thinks a key is pressed when nothing going on. Replacement panels probably have updated code. Jenn air should replace panel and recycle by updating old panel.
