Patti Edwards is much more than just the wife of BYU Legendary Coach LaVell Edwards. She is her own person. She spearheaded a nationwide organization for coaches wives, and continues to serve her community to this day.
After his freshman year at BYU in 1994, Sitake served as a missionary in the California Oakland Mission. He has a bachelor's degree in English from BYU. He and his wife, Timberly, are the parents of four children.

Russ, a two time WAC champion became the cougars first All American with a fourth place finish at the 1967 NCAA wrestling championships.

24 lip 2020 · Fred retired from coaching and teaching in 1999. In 2003 he was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. Fred was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Eva, Greta and Libby; and stepdaughter, Desiree. Fred is survived by his wife Deon of 36 years.
