These sales usually involve selling timber by the unit; in Georgia, the unit is calculated by the ton for each species and product class (pine pulpwood, hardwood sawtimber, etc.).
8.WOOD INFESTATION INSPECTION. BUYER may conduct an inspection for the presence of wood destroying insects in the Property.
