  2. Can't speak for the Amazon product but you could also check out your local homebrew store to see if they sell koji, sometimes they're advertised as sake kits. If they don't carry them, you can ask if they can special order them for you. I work in a homebrew shop and our product manager was able to order some for me to play with.
