29 lis 2018 · I'm trying to record a macro that will set the size of a pasted image to 6.5 x 4 cms and the image layout 'in front of text'. I usually set this by right clicking on the image and setting the picture properties but this isn't available when recording the macro.
Set the width as desired, then click OK. Then select each of the subsequent images (left click on them) and simply press F4 or Ctrl-Y. This same trick can also be used to repeatedly apply other changes or effects in the Size and Position or Format Picture dialogs to different pictures.

6 lut 2017 · I've been given some A4 templates with a lot of funky features (odd & even margins, logos, text boxes, tables, header footer, sidebar image in the footer etc) that I've been asked to work on. I need to resize them to various other page sizes e.g letter, A3 and so on.
To resize a picture, on the Picture Format tab, enter the measurements you want in the Height and Width boxes. To resize a shape or WordArt, on the Shape Format tab, enter the measurements you want in the Height and Width boxes.
Manually setting the object to a specific proportion: Right-click the object. On the shortcut menu, click Format<object type>. In the dialog box, click the Size tab. Under Scale, enter the percentage of the original height or width you want the object resized to.
