International Visitors Travelling to the Hawaiian Islands. The State of Hawai‘i is in alignment with federal international requirements. There are no additional State of Hawai’i requirements for passengers flying directly into Hawai’i from an international destination. Effective 8 November, 2021.
IN-FLIGHT AND ARRIVAL. The federal mask mandate has ended on April 18, and masks are no longer required in airports. Many airlines have also relaxed their mask rules and it’s now optional to wear on a plane. Hawaiʻi’s indoor mask mandate ended on March 25, 2022.

4 lis 2021 · The revision relates to fully vaccinated U.S. citizens who travel directly to Hawaii from an international destination. In addition to providing proof of vaccination they must also present results of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of boarding their flight to the U.S.
14 sty 2022 · Hawaii Trusted Travel Partners’ requirement eliminated only for direct international flights. For direct international arrivals, tests must be either NAAT or Antigen but no longer need to be from a Trusted Travel Partner. See federal rules in effect here.
Non-U.S. citizens who are traveling directly to Hawaii from an international destination must present both proof of vaccination AND a negative COVID-19 test result (NAAT or antigen) taken within three (3) days of boarding a flight to the United States according to the U.S. federal regulations.
