Tiffany reunites with Chucky. By 1998, Tiffany managed to track down Chucky's destroyed doll body in a nearby evidence locker of the Lockport Police Department. She then bribed Officer Robert Bailey to steal the evidence for her with the promise of a cash reward should he bring it to her.

Bride of Chucky: Tiffany and Chucky are both killers who enjoy murdering people both before and after becoming dolls, but whereas Tiffany wants to settle down with him, Chucky (at the time) was solely interested in becoming human again and is not (initially) interested in marrying her.
They did use the actual dolls from the end of Bride for the in-movie film. Tiffany looks different because she was burned to a crisp at the end of Bride and whoever restored the dolls had no way of knowing what she actually looked like.
