It looks like a fraudulent booking as they acts like a shadow/ghost business, their customer service email said "do not reply this email, nobody monitors this email", and there is no effective contact information such as telephone number or email address on their website.
18 paź 2023 · Here’s what happened: I first reached out to the property I had booked through email, and they confirmed that it was indeed a scam and that Agoda had been hacked. I immediately forwarded the screenshot of their response to Agoda’s customer service.

Within a matter of minutes, I contact by phone and email the Agoda customer service to explain the situation and for Agoda to either apply the agreed rate or cancel this booking as I had not agreed eith the price and conditions.
I called customer service. They said they would submit a price matching claim (as if I had seen a cheaper price on another site) and please send them a screenshot of the page showing the price that had been offered.
