Nonprofit postage is lower than regular prices, but not everyone can qualify. The following information will help you determine if your business or organization is eligible for nonprofit postage privileges.
8 lut 2024 · For a non-profit organization to be eligible for discounted bulk mail postage rates from the post office, it must complete an application at the Business Mail Center. They must pay a one-time annual fee and select one of three payment options – pre-canceled stamps, postage meter, or permit imprint.
The application must be signed by someone in authority in the organization, such as the president or treasurer. It must not be signed by a printer or mailing agent. The completed PS Form 3624 must be submitted to the Post Office where Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail mailings will be deposited.
