If possible you want to win streak and push aggressive for levels, since every unit you place will benefit from Built Different. You should roll with Level 7 in early Stage 4 to stabilize your setup and push for Level 8 in Stage 4-5 or 5-1.
Going 4 multicasters and 4* teemo is super fun. There are 2 variances for this though. Go 3 Demacia - problem with that is if you get poppy to 3* she will always the th 4* until you get 5 Yordles in, so to fit everything (4 multicasters, 3 Demacia, 5 Yordle) you will have to get to level 9.
