Sett can kite pretty well with his double auto-attack passive, initiate a fight and dodge his sweetspots. Look for long trades against him, he's a burst oriented champion who has terrible sustained damage. You can basically outheal his damage with Conqueror after he throws everything.

I build phage to out speed his ground attacks and run to the side or behind him. I can out play everything he has except his ult which i find massively broken. Get an early kill if you can and you try to stay ahead.
