BBB complaints usually have merit and they will publish outcomes/corrective actions taken by both parties involved. Sometime they are significant complaints. Sometimes they are unreasonable.
People don't come to the internet to talk about what they like. Some builders are bad or have bad crews in some places. Some are just fine. I had a client buy a KB Home townhouse, and it is super nice. Every tract and build will vary. Just do your due diligence if you decide to buy new.
Complete bullshit lies. A company says they might have something in stock and you will get a discount on if it's a match. they do this to create urgency so you impulse buy and think you're getting a great deal. They allocate the steel so your price of steel is locked in and won't increase.
