If you followed these instructions properly, your router will actually be port forwarding 25565 to your Minecraft server. You can now let your friends/public know what your IP address is so they may connect to your server and play!
24 lut 2024 · Just realized I switched my usb wifi adapter (UWA) with a new one. I didn't know that when you switch, the IPv4 address changed, so when I switched my old UWA for a new one, the server ip was to still set to my old UWA's IPv4 address, and that's probably why the serverlevel2 thingy value was null.

I'm trying to start a server to play with a friend, with a few mods that we both enjoy, but the problem is, i cannot set my IP for the server, when i change it in the server.properties file, the server crashes on startup. Included is the last crashlog i got.

3 sie 2015 · I am unable to connect to my friend's LAN server, on the Technic launcher mod pack, "Vivacity". When he puts it up, I can't even see it in my server menu. This has also been an issue when trying to use LAN servers for other games, such as Garry's Mod.
