8 lis 2024 · BT receives complaints through its customer service switchboard. Customers who wish to make a complaint can do so by calling 0330 1234 150, or 150 from their BT Mobile. This phone line is available from 8am to 9pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 8pm at weekends and on bank holidays.
