11 mar 2022 · It doesn't show on my devices, I found a link to a BT Device configuration & Installation Tool, but all the link takes me to is the BT online help page . I have tried a factory reset and it's still the same.

There are two ways to set up your 11ac Wi-Fi Extender 750: Method 1 - Using the WPS button. Method 2 - Without using the WPS button. Most modern hubs/routers support 'Method 1'. If your hub/router doesn't have a WPS button or 'Method 1' fails to connect, use 'Method 2'.
