24 lut 2012 · Our ISP is happy to change the account holder with the new tenant's permission, but BT have stated they must disconnect our line and start a new contract with the new tenant. This of course would mean the internet getting cut off, which is what we wanted to avoid. Is there no way around this?
If you change your mind, you can cancel the service in the cooling-off period. We explain how to do that in clause 5 of these terms and conditions. In some circumstances you can end the service before the end of the minimum term without having to pay a charge for ending it early.
