26 lis 2023 · Re: How to email customer services. as @gg30340 posted you need to contact CS 03301234150 or you can try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband. they will be able to update your account.

23 sty 2024 · My only way to contact BT in an Online Manner seem to be via this Forum, (or by raising a Complaint with the Ombudsman (and waiting at least 28 Days for a resolution)). If a Moderator Reads this then can they PLEASE email me to help me to fix my problem?
