First time, the BSOD and its error is NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM which isn't helped with that link. I googled it and came to a dead end. Everything I can find on that error usually occurs on startup and won't allow you to boot and not during use like me.
Bluescreens now put all screens other than the primary one black. Command line is improved and now works for all kinds of BSODs; Bluescreens now focus correctly when shown. Better error handling that can terminate the app on demand. Buggy resolution changer now replaced with a scaling system. Windows 10 BSOD now scales correctly on small screens.

I noticed that most of the sims that were out of the world generated with CC and I had to use manage households by taking them in CAS to redress the sims. I don't know what CC is causing the problems but for now I am keeping all CC out the game.
