I think they go into ISO/VIDEO on the memory card, then in the VSH menu (the one you get to with the "select" button), there's an "ISO VIDEO MOUNT" option. Select your video ISO there. The video folder that’s inside the iso folder is where they go. Your CFW should’ve created the folder for you.
Anyway, place your video ISOs under: PSP:/ISO/VIDEO/ Then press select to bring up VSH menu, and you'll see ISO VIDEO MOUNT, press right to choose the ISO. Then press X to select and your PSP will reboot and showing the UMD VIDEO.
