25 gru 2019 · My laptop has the Broadcom 802.11n Network Adaptor, which according to Device Manager is working properly: The driver version is 6.30.223.256: The thing is whilst everything seems fine and in working order,I have never been able to turn WiFi on using this adaptor.

15 sie 2022 · hi . i have been struggling for months to get my Broadcom 802.11n network adapter to work, i have tried downgrading and upgrading the windows and driver even reinstallig the windows and driver. not even older versions of the driver is working i have tried troubleshooting the driver and the hardeware nothing works. i even tried a usb wireless this does not even work nomatter what i try
8 sty 2017 · Your notebook has the Broadcom BCM43142 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi Adapter. It only works on the 2.4 GHz wireless band. Anytime you see a wifi N adapter with a suffix that ends in b/g/n, that means it is a single band (2.4 GHz only) wireless network adapter. Dual band wifi N adapters have suffixes that end in a/b/g/n, or a/g/n.
