September 2023. Gallery hasn't worked since the first update that broke it, and the third latest update still hasn't fixed it for me. I don't have a newsfeed anymore and my favorites are missing. I'm still seeing multiple uploads. 5 people had this problem.

Everytime I try to open the gallery it pulls up the menu but every square where houses and sims would normally be has red x's over them. I don't get any messages that say I'm offline or any loading symbols like I've seen other people saying.
Try moving the \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder to your desktop temporarily, launching the game, and checking the Gallery. If it connects fine, that likely means there's something bad in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ .
