Ordered a long brown hair and received a Medium red hair knit cap which looked more like a costume wig. Didn’t look natural at all. Contacted customer service for a returning label and full refund and the representative Lucy has been giving me the round-about refusing to the return/refund.
Visit customer review websites about the online wig store you plan to purchase from, or even do a quick Google search for the website name and “reviews” or “scam.” Here is a screen shot of this scam site, Urhair, with overwhelmingly positive reviews on their site.
Look for transparency. Beware of the reviewer that filters the bejesus out of their videos and Instagram photos. many reviewers work solely with online wig vendors and not on their own. Beware of some (not all) who review then sell. There are wig companies out there that are incredibly reliable and after a while you’ll find your faves!
