SERVING VANCOUVER'S BMW AND AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS. Within two years, the business outgrew the Abbotsford facility and the company relocated to Langley, where seven years of overwhelming success resulted in Brian Jessel BMW once again upgrading to a larger building in Coquitlam, BC in 1996.
Brian Jessel BMW was in Langley, and Brian longed for a location closer to his customer base in the city. He did everything he could to draw buyers away from his competitors - his service department was legendary for driving into Vancouver, to custom- ers' homes and offices, to valet vehicles.
An icon in the automotive business, Brian Jessel has been the eponymous head of the top-selling BMW dealership in Canada since 1986. But his love of cars began long before he opened his first used car lot with six autos on a leased space at Burrard and 1st avenue in Vancouver.
