For f2p, get romeo juliet, sheap shearer, cooks assistant and all the easy ones fone first. Then get some decent combat skillfs and go through the stronghold of security. You will end up with 10k and new boots at the end.
You can do harpoon/cage fishing in the east Wilderness on F2P. The quest in west room of Draynor Manor is P2P. Not sure if the quest on the first floor of Wizard Tower is F2P, but Imp Catcher also starts there, so let's assume it's just that.
