Branch has one of the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. All I want to do is put my middle initial and Jr. on my account profile. After a chat that took over 30 minutes and a phone call, I have gotten absolutely nowhere!
I had to transfer from Branch to ONE once I got my first week's earnings, and then asked for the Branch account to be closed. They told me I'd lose my Spark account, I told them I wasn't interested in having the account closed then (I wanted to research that), and Branch closed my account anyway.
Anybody using the ONE card for their Spark deposits, what's the advantage if any over Branch (aside from same day pay)? Is it pretty reliable, ie less glitchy? Pros and cons?

I just started spark last week and made $600 total in 4 days. Most of it from incentives and tips. I was basically spamming this one neighborhood walmart for grocery trips and sometimes able to do 2 trips an hour.
