BP Plc said its efforts to contain the largest oil spill in U.S. history in the Gulf of Mexico may be disrupted as Tropical Storm Alex strengthens. Alex, the first named system of this year’s Atlantic hurricane season, has already forced the evacuation of some offshore rigs in the Gulf.
