Property Tax Due Dates. Certified funds are required for all payments starting Oct 1. Online payment is no longer available. Our office in Lafayette is closed for the year; it will reopen in late January 2025.
Paying Taxes. Property taxes may be paid in full, or in two half payments, by the due dates. You can pay these taxes in our office, by mail, online, or over the phone. Instructions for each of these payment methods can be found on the back of your property tax notice.
Search for your tax account here by entering only one of the following: Account Number, Owner Name (Last Name First Name), Parcel Number (no dashes), or Address. If you pay with an e-check, there is no charge to you for the service.
