Moulin has long been my favorite places to enjoy French food and ambiance in Orange County. This location has a little bit of everything- a deli, cheeses, baguette sandwiches to go, prepared food, wine, coffee, and a little market for French groceries and souvenirs.

This bistro they opened called “Bouillon” in Costa Mesa is the tastier, *funner* choice that tops the other 2 pricier french restos in South Coast and Newport Beach. The meat in their Boeuf Bourguignon is oh-so-tender fall off the fork goodness and so perfect with the al dente pappardelle.
