The Boss Rush is an optional Room that becomes available by beating Mom in less than 20 minutes. In the center of a large room there will be 4 random Items to choose from. Picking up an item will cause the other three to disappear and start the 15 wave Boss Rush.
9 lis 2022 · #1. kitten exterminator Nov 9, 2022 @ 10:25pm. You have to get lucky with a good active item early on. Quality 2 items that are still common enough to be encountered on your opening craft. Items like D4, Isaac's Tears, Jar of Flies, Glass Cannon and either Red or Blue Candle.
