The Boss Rush is an optional Room that becomes available by beating Mom in less than 20 minutes. In the center of a large room there will be 4 random Items to choose from. Picking up an item will cause the other three to disappear and start the 15 wave Boss Rush.

The chance isn't very high, but free stuff is always good! 5) You can create bridges over ravines if there are rocks nearby. Simply stand next to the rock and blow it up with a bomb.
Use bombs on bosses. This is more effective in Repentance but it works on Rebirth too. You might want to save some bombs for utility like breaking tinted rocks and opening secret rooms, but if you have some to spare then use them on a boss.
