This would have solved my problem if the game read the file. I went in and the game still doesn't read the file because testingcheats doesn't work automatically. In the past I thought it was a badly written cheat but the game would reset the file to say: 'intProp SeeThem 231. boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true.
