Either go to 3 dots>Settings>Profiles>Import Browser data or directly paste the following in the address bar: edge://settings/profiles/importBrowsingData?search=import. Choose Import from IE and click Next. Bookmarks can be shown as icons only in Edge, however, you need to do it one by one as far as I know.
