Don't know what to use book of knowledge on. Im f2p fairly new and thinking of becoming a member. You’ll get them periodically throughout the game so it’s not that big of a deal what you spend it on this time around. I would use it on mining tho, just cause it’s your highest level and you get 15x.

Any item sold through the Grand Exchange will be subject to the tax which will be deducted from the initial sale price.
