In April 2013, Global TV and Shaw Media announced that Bomb Girls would not return for a third season. [24] They did, however, suggest that a two-hour TV movie serving as a series finale was in the works and was planned air in 2014. [ 24 ]
Though there won't be a third season, Global has ordered a two-hour movie that will wrap up the series. A release notes that it "will conclude the rich storylines and the amazing journeys of these beloved characters which have strongly resonated with the show’s loyal fans."
