16 lip 2015 · Anyone running the Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage Extended Performance over the Synthetic High Mileage? Price difference is minimal I think $3 more for the 5qt extended performance, but I’m curious if it’s really much better. The extended says protects engine up to 20k and regular high says 10k.

If you're changing your oil ever 5000km no benefit to M1EP over regular M1. A Fram ultra synthetic could easily go two oil changes, people on bobistheoilguy.com have cut them open after 20,000 miles and they looked great. I personally prefer 5w-30 to 5w-20.
