When your license is granted, you will receive a certificate of registration, a wallet license card and a formal engrossed license. Once granted, a license can be verified immediately through the Board's license verification webpage.
As part of your application for license or renewal of your registration you are required to provide your Social Security Number to the Oregon Medical Board.
