Completely trouble free. I have non comp and it replaced a 2018 X3 30i xLine joining a non comp M3 in the garage. I use it for errands and 500 mile road trips home.
28 mar 2020 · I've had my '19 X3 M40i for 15 months. No issues so far. The G01 X3 has only been out since 2018, so not much time to see if there are any long term issues. However, the B58 motor and ZF8 transmission both pre-date the X3 and have had plenty of time to have the gremlins shaken out. They should be solidly reliable on the long term.

The 2019 BMW X3 has 109 problems & defects reported by X3 owners. The worst complaints are engine, AC / heater, and body / paint problems.
As for reliability, it’s been extremely good, with only a few minor issues. Grill shutter causing a CEL which is a common issue. Coolant line damaged during routine maintenance again a common issue. vanos solenoids replaced due to bucking issue.

25 cze 2019 · Nearly every time I begin driving, within a couple of minutes there is a short couple of seconds squealing/whining noise coming from the interior cabin. Not sure if it***8217;s coming from the air vents or not. It occurs when I***8217;m driving/idle, turning/not turning, and braking/accelerating.
