If you can negotiate a good deal, I would definitely go for the plus pack for the Driving Assistance Pro alone. If you are considering doing coding, you have the option to add Lane Change Assistance and Traffic Light Assistance.
From my understand live cockpit plus is only a partially digital instrument cluster. Whereas live cockpit professional is a full flat screen with full digital and color and such.

To answer your question, there are two major differences. Plus means iDrive 6, so smaller screens and such. Some people prefer the analog dials over the fully digital dash that iDrive 7 has. However, you miss out on Android Auto, OTA updates, and various minor features. I think Carplay works, though.

Apparently, parking assistant plus was the only feature set offered at the time of pre-order, and does NOT have the stored maneuver capability (up to 10 moves?) that parking assistant pro has. I am suprised the flagship tech car from BMW would not include this capability.
16 kwi 2015 · I tend to use Eco pro for 'normal' driving and sport when I want to drive fast! I tend to not use comfort or sport +. Curious what everyone else does! Eco Pro: remaps the throttle response to be the most conservative on fuel. This makes the drivetrain pretty lethargic and neuters the car.
