5 lut 2023 · You can restore the original fa. For the modules you can just remove the fuses. For the headlights maybe you can keep them(with modified fa) unless you have the original ones. What does the recall involve? If its a software issue you can update it yourself.
There is a 4th option, which combines 2 and 3. It's Andream's Android Auto/CarPlay only screen, which doesn't run Android itself. This means it's only useful in combination with your phone, but it's also more stable and cheaper.

28 kwi 2022 · BMw has a memo, and that is to check for corrupt CarPlay installations at servicing before updating i-levels as it screws up the unit, therefore rendering the unit non serviceable. But a BMW CarPlay purchased in their store will not flag up anything
