14 lis 2021 · I was able to activate CarPlay on my G20 with entrynav, even without wifi antenna installed (just empty wlan slot and its working). For vin, try to use car with wlanhotspot option, that worked for me.

28 maj 2021 · You can just upgrade to idrive 6 (with an aftermarket software upgrade). Which will also allow you to code Apple CarPlay. All of this is far cheaper and less intrusive than adding all these modules and such. I research that first. Try searching idrive 4 to idrive 5 or 6 head unit software upgrade. With Carplay.
