This is probably why BMW FS is making some of us go through a dealer now to buy out the lease so the dealership can attempt one more bite at the apple before the customer claims ownership.
My customer, an older gentleman, was unaware that you had to buy out a Ford lease from a dealer so he went to this third party to buy out the lease. They act as a broker between the lessee and a bank, charges exorbitant amount of fees, then in Fords case uses a dealer they have to EFT the funds.

11 gru 2022 · Now to my point, the X7 m60i…I “need” this monster asap and just wanted to be sure this pricing is in line with what others have seen or have paid. The part that sux is that living in Chicago, we have a crazy tax for leased vehicles around 18% so just remember that when you look at the quotes.
I need some help from experienced X5 owners on a deal for a new 24 M60i I am looking at. Dealer is telling me they would only be able to do 2% off msrp since these cars are in such high demand. I’m ordering the car for lease from the factory because none are on the lot.
5 kwi 2022 · That's not actually true. There is a way to end an auto lease without going through the dealership or the lessor. They just don't advertise it because they want to keep customers coming back to them. There are other options, though.
