Login to the CSO portal, click on your existing question/complaint, and upload your documents there! If your business uses music from radio or television and is over 3,750 gross square feet, then you do need a BMI license. Under U.S. Copyright Law, there are some exceptions for businesses that are under 3,750 gross square feet using tv and or radio; however, they must meet certain criteria.
For the term of the license, 2017 through 2021, stations electing to operate under a blanket license will pay 1.78% of gross revenue from radio broadcasting, less a standard deduction of 12%, if applicable (see important information regarding the availability of the deductions below).
