10 kwi 2023 · I know the bluetooth works on the computer fine as I have connected bluetooth controllers to it, and the headphones bluetooth works as I can connect it to other devices as well. I have already tried removing it via device manager, by right clicking "WH- 1000XM3" and clicking uninstall. Other solutions I found online and havent work for me include

Open Device Manager >> click Network Adapters >> right-click your Bluetooth driver >> click Update Driver. If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver.
No such luck, and other devices (like phones) still detect the headphones by its correct name. So far I've tried the following: - Updated the network drivers. - Made sure that the computer can be detected (in the bluetooth settings) - Changed the Bluetooth Support Service to start automatically (instead of manually), then restarted it.

10 maj 2022 · Recently I had updated to Windows 11 and after that I have started facing issue of cracking noise from my Bluetooth earphones. This issue was not there in windows 10. Other thing I noticed is that my output device is a "headphones" but input mic appears as a "headset". I have tried fixes shown on youtube but none worked for me.

After this process, even though hands free telephony turns back on, it is unable to select the hands free device and the headphones stay in audio mode, rather than headset ...
5 paź 2023 · I first go into Bluetooth and Devices. Then click on View more devices. Then scroll down and click on More Devices and Printer Settings. Then I right click on my headphones icon and go to Properties. Then go to the Services tab and Uncheck the Handsfree Telephony option. After unchecking this, my headphones work in MS Teams!!
