Optimal Quest Guide. It doesn't help that shortly after in the guide ( https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Optimal_quest_guide) you left the "Train smithing from 51 to 65" and the way they have everything labeled is to maximize the speed and efficiency of going through all the quests.
