I stopped in at Rona Home & Garden (in Toronto) today and saw they had a 4-burner Blue Rhino griddle ($549). I hadn't heard of this company until today but their product looks pretty good.

12 sty 2024 · The Blackstone Griddle and Blue Rhino Razor Grills are popular products with similar features. Both offer a steel powder-coated frame, four stainless burners, 720 vs. 730 cubic inch cold rolled steel griddle, folding legs, wheels, side tables, and utility shelf.
Some people complained about sturdiness of the Rhino but it's does fold while the 30" blackstone doesn't. I might just pull the trigger on the black stone as I think a 30" will work for sure. Planned on getting a grill but want to start with a Griddle and see how things go while saving for a better than bottom of the barrel grill.
