If you do any of the 3 endings it will immediately throw you into NG+. The only way to do it is with hard save files. If you have PS+ it gives you this feature, otherwise you need a flash drive; iirc you upload your save before doing any of the endings so the game is saved before you choose.

He worked on the official BB guide and he explains the mechanics in detail, he also reads every item description and discusses the lore as he goes, which will give you great insight into the story and characters.
