You have basically three options for "stupid OP": Quality build with Saw Cleaver/Spear. Use Beast Blood Pellets and relevant elemental buffs to back up one of the highest DPS weapons in the game; the gems for it are relatively easy to get. Bloodtinge build with Chikage.
Notes: This build ensures maximum damage with both split damage skill weapons, and the two complement each other nicely, with the transformed Burial Blade offering high rally potential and covering a wide area at range and the Blade of Mercy ideal for fast, close range combat.
Having 10 Bloodtinge allows you to use a majority of the firearms in the game and the trick weapons that are outfitted with firearm attachments, such as the Rifle Spear and Reiterpallasch. Having 15 Arcane allows you to use weapons that have split damage between physical and elemental sources like Logarius’ Wheel and the Holy Moonlight Sword.
