It is currently very basic and will have the following things in the future: Key item locations; Boss names; NPC locations; PvP Hotspots; Approximate Level range for each area; Icons to represent each location; How to progress to each part of the map
Honestly this map with a description of what the places are is waaaay more helpful than an unlabeled but more accurate map. The connectedness of areas is emphasized here and that's way more useful than knowing the exact shape of the terrain.
Bloodborne: The Old Hunters brings six new trophies, which require killing all bosses and collecting all new weapons. Keep in mind all trophies can be collected both online or offline, as the game has a coop system which lets you summon other players for help.
