Unlike other explorable areas on the map, the Dreaming City has four region chests in every sub region on the map. The entire location is divided into three main zones, namely: Divalian Mists, The Strand and Rheasilva.
Completing Purification Ritual bounties will give you low level Dreaming City gear and a Transcendent Blessing mod. These mods grant you 5% extra damage (stacking, per equipped mod, up to 25% extra damage) while in the Dreaming City. Apply them to any piece of armor to increase your survivability in the DC and the Last Wish raid.
